memorial day weekend | friday

I was thinking about how I would tell you about our Memorial day weekend, in full or in sections? I decided that breaking it up into days was best. Otherwise I may overwhelm you in pictures.

We stayed in Cleveland one day over the weekend. We didn't do much exploring in Cleveland but we did have dinner in Little Italy which was a few blocks away from our hotel. These quaint few Italian blocks had so much color and deatail. My favorite was the plant stand that was turned into a tomato stand! Lovely atmosphere indeed.

We dined at La Dolce Vita and ordered a few new interesting pizzas. Then we grabbed dessert at a few bakeries and enjoyed them in a cute alley. Angel ordered a cannoli and Julian ordered chocolate mousse. I ordered a hot mocha, which kept me up all night. I don't know why I order one when I know what it does to me. I never learn! We hung out in our room the rest of the night either playing games or watching cable. We usually stay up late watching House Hunters and the Food Network. I guess coffee isn't the only thing that can keep me up all night!
