These are pictures that my daughter took with her ipod. I loved them and wanted to share them with you. If you are friends with her on FB then you might have already seen them.
Life is messy | This is so true to who she is. Most days I am afraid to enter into her room because I know that it will be messy. She leaves trails of mess wherever she goes. This wasn't the case when she was younger. She would organize her room so well and be excited to show me. Now it's "let's sweep everything under the rug" with her.
Bath Toys | Once in a while she'll take bubble baths. You're never too old for baths! (notice she left her toys out)
On the Road | We live about 30 minutes away from Ft. Wayne and make many trips to shop and see friends. This was a shot she took on one of those car rides there. One of my favorites.
Porch Windows | These are windows from our front porch. I love the bright red color and the whole overall composition. The reflections in the window bring in other parts of her surroundings, like the house next door and the trees. You can also see through to our other neighbors house with the window inside.
View from Her Glasses | I thought this was such a creative shot. She pulled her glasses away from her eyes making a window so that you can see what she sees. As you can see it's OC she's got her eye on.
Mom Taking a Picture | This is probably her idea of who her mom is, always taking pictures! Never without her camera!
Mended Heart | She has plenty of little things in her room. I wouldn't call them junk but sometimes these small pieces can feel like junk when they are not put away. She uses these little treasures of hers, alters them a bit and uses them as subjcts in her photos. I find it quite inspiring.
Lyrics on a Paper Ramekin | Again I am impressed with the things she finds to create as subjects for a picture. These lyrics are from Two Door Cinema.
Tights | She wears them.
Angel | The girl behind the photos.
