While David is working hard philosphizing and thinking deeply we are playing hard not thinking deeply! Isn't that what summer's about? No school and homework? Actually I still make my kids do a little bit of work in the summer. The seminar has put together some activities for all the kids. The first activity was a scavenger hunt! I love scavenger hunts, in fact we do scavenger hunts for our kids on their birthdays. We hide their presents and give them clues to look for them. They Love this tradition!
This scavenger hunt took us all around Calvin's campus and ended with a picnic. It was a nice start to our Michigan summer seminar getaway!
