Sleeping Bear Dunes

A very beautiful place in northwestern Michigan and only two and a half hours away from Grand Rapids. There were a lot of dunes to climb. We couldn't do more than three. Clinmbing dunes isn't that easy! We are so out of shape too. If we did go farther we could have seen Lake Michigan and put our feet in the water. Beautiful scenery everywhere once you get to the top.You could see Manitou Island right across the lake. We will go back and possibly make it to the water next time!
